DCS: 48" Series 7 Grill with Integrated Side Burner

Inital isues ultimately corrected

We had ordered a DCS 48" Series 7 built-in to replace a prior unit. The original BBQ installation was done with an excess of mortar around the unit making the fit for the replacement BBQ a challenge. In addition, the DCS BBQ itself had a fabrication flaw which kept the entire BBQ from sitting flush on the collar on the outdoor kitchen counter. Initial communications regarding the problem were not getting action resulting in us not being able to use the BBQ. After ten days Lane, the owner, got personally involved and came to our house to make sure it was taken care of with the install team. We concluded that by loosening the screws on the side of the BBQ & realigning the fit, it resolved the problem. We worked it out and I appreciate his interest in making it right. Unit looks & works great now.
