Beautiful but arrived with a defect
Gorgeous boots, perfect sizing. Equizone were extremely helpful in answering questions and determining the size. Unfortunately the right boot arrived with a defect in the upper snap, which I had to have replaced locally. However, Equizone were very prompt and attentive in contacting Pioneer in order to reimburse me for the cost. Overall very impressed - shame about the manufacturing defect.

Love these boots!
This is the second pair of Pioneer Atenas I have ordered and am very happy with the boot itself, and EquiZone’s customer service. My new pair fits just as well as the first pair and they arrived way more quickly than I anticipated!
