Didnt receive it and when i messaged them, the day i got the package, i get an automative message asking me to wait two days to see if they arrive separately, i did that and it still didnt arrive, so i message them again, i get a response that they cant send a replacement because “they scan every case they send out”.

I recently received this case and was really disappointed. While it arrived in perfect condition, it didn’t meet my expectations. It was much bulkier than I expected and honestly felt like a brick in my hand, making it uncomfortable to use. I emailed customer service to ask about a return and it’s been almost 48 hours without a response. I was hoping for better customer support, especially considering the price of the case.
