BOW PRINT PULLOVER

For $150 this sweatshirt is such a disappointment, contacted customer service and they referred to the press marks and stitching issues as “wrinkles”. The overall quality of the sweatshirt outside of the physical appearance issues is not at all what I would expect from an item this expensive. It’s thinner than a gildan pullover. Very upsetting! The products offered are so so cute but now I understand why they don’t offer refunds and only store credit. Sadly will not be ordering from JM again.
