I love these so much !! If u have a big tumbler I suggest using 2 if u like it on a 6 for the regular ones ! (I like flavor) I buy an ice water at Dunkin and add one too it ! Life hack right there! Keep some in ur car! Or purse even to buy McDonald or Dunkin water with ice! So much better for you then soda
