Great school shoes - highly recommend.

Great school shoes. Both kids have said they are comfortable from day one. No complaints and happy to put them on, even after a long summer of no shoes. Last year's pair also lasted for my son's whole year of reception, so hard wearing too.

These come up small and it’s not free to return!!

Very frustrating to use their own measuring tool and for the shoes to then come up too small (I have friends that have also had this issue so we are not alone)! Also frustrating to not receive good customer service in this instance and to be told I can return the shoes but have to pay for postage costs and will also not be funded my original postage costs so I will be loosing around £8 on these shoes and still don’t have shoes for my daughter. I feel there should be a free exchange for a different size in this instance so customers don’t have to pay for 2/3 lots of postage. Especially as these shoes seem to come up small so often need to change size.

We love BGreater shoes. Our old pair lasted so well, we bought the same again. Both my daughters wear BGreater shoes and most of their friends now.
