After completing the course it really does change what your first few hours in a fresh project looks like. You'll barely touch most of Blender's tools, but that's the point. Beginner friendly as you'll get straight into building models and finishing a project, while also useful for more experienced users who perhaps get bogged down too early in a design phase trying to maintain perfect topology.
