The night gown I ordered was part of a birthday gift for my mother, who just celebrated her 100th birthday. It was important that the gown was soft to her delicate skin, and quietly elegant. The gown fulfilled these requirements easily. When I shop online the quality is sometimes doubtful, but in this case I was really happy. As for service I was concerned the package might not arrive in time, because of Christmas and New Year interruptions. I emailed, and Hank and Hera responded promptly and acted immediately to make sure the gift arrived in plenty of time. I’m very happy with the experience and hope my mother enjoys her new fine cotton nightgown.
