Noro Kureyon - Zentsuji (Color #344)

Little Knits gave me the best customer service! I ordered several hanks of Noro Kereyon in dofferent colors. I added a note asking to seal the package well in plastic, due to the very wet environment I live in. Susan and Heather from Little Knits packaged and doubled checked my order. They both wrote the sweetest notes on the invoice. What a charming place to shop! Personal touches are not common in these days of online commerce but in the case of Little Knits, their notes, clearly double checking my request and the order felt like a virtual hug!
