A noticeable difference
The taste is actually good (always a welcome feature), and I take it about 30 minutes before my routine. I’ve noticed a modest but definite improvement since adding it, enough that I feel it’s worth continuing. Overall, I’m pleased with how it’s working for me.

Tastes great, LEAKS EVERYWHERE
I love using this product, it tastes fantastic and offers a great pump for a workout. My problem is not with the product. It’s with the product’s packaging. I should not have to worry that a quarter of this (very expensive) product will find its way out of the CLOSED bottle and all over the bottom of my gym bag -_- I have taken the time to speak with others who use this product and know I’m not alone in this experience. I’ve bought this bottle twice and had the same problem both times. Yall get one more strike before I come back here and one star this product. For as much as we pay and the standard we expect, this misses the bar.

Easy access pre-workout pump!
I love just taking a shot of this right before my workout. It is a great pre-workout because I don’t need a stem. I just need the pump and I don’t want 8 to 12 ounces of fluid in me when I work out! It taste great easily digestible and I get an amazing pump!
