Filterbaby Pro Series Titanium Aluminum Shower Filter

I teally like the filter and application was easy. The only teason it has 4 instead of 5 stars is that it took over 2 months to receive (i ordered two shower heads, filter replacements, and a faucet head and the faucet took 3 weeks, the othet chrome head and filters took another 3 weeks and my gold one took over two months. I was promised a robe and slippers for my wait (after it saying thwre was a 3 week delay) after it said 5 business days and I never received the robe or slippers or heard back from customer service.

Much like my other review, i cant speak highly enough both of these products and this brand! Absolutely changed my life in terms of not being insanely dry and itchy after each shower with our hard water. No more issues at all!

‼️Purchase with caution‼️ I did a lot of research before purchasing this filter. One of the biggest selling points for me was that it's made of titanium. I like what the filter takes out of the water but dislike customer service and all the lies. Companies that take advantage of their consumers are the absolute worst. Unfortunately, when it came time to replace the filter, I could not get it open. I tried myself. I had friends try. I used pliers. I tried everything. To this day, the filter is still sitting under my sink because I have never been able to get it apart. It's been months, and I still occasionally try. When I contacted customer service, they requested a video before they would send a replacement. I provided everything they asked for, and they agreed to replace it. My first message was sent on February 13, and I didn't receive the replacement filter until June 1. While I was waiting, I was given multiple promises for my patience. First, I was told I would receive approximately $140 worth of complimentary gifts because of the inconvenience. Then, about a month later, when I still had not received the replacement filter, I was told they would also include a free faucet filter once my replacement shipment went out. The explanation for the delay was that the replacement filters were out of stock. They also made it sound like the replacement would be an updated model that wouldn't have the same issue. Instead, I received what appears to be the exact same filter that got stuck in the first place. When the replacement finally arrived, none of the promised gifts were included. No complimentary items. No faucet filter. Nothing. I reached out again to ask about the items I had been promised, and now nobody responds. My messages have gone unanswered. Just a bunch of empty promises The entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. A filter that couldn't be opened, months of waiting for a replacement, promises that were never fulfilled, and now complete silence from customer service.
