Works great

Use this with the transfer case insert with RAM ball mount to hold my Garmin DriveSmart 86. It works great! Holds the Garmin securely right where I want it. Note that this socket arm is for a 1" RAM ball - sadly Garmin uses a smaller ball (22 mm) for their DriveSmart mount. Frustrating. So I bought a 22mm ball to 25mm ball adapter from Amazon for $15. Use the 22mm ball in the mount that comes with the Garmin, and the 25mm in this RAM socket arm. Love it!
