Amazing, I used it To marinade pork Spareribs using a traditional Char Siu Recipe which uses fermented red bean and I added 2 heaping tspns of this Barley Miso. OMG, everyone who has eaten my Char Siu Ribs immediately said these are the best they ever tasted and I immediately told them about the barley Miso. Wish I Knew Sooner. Miso is so much more than just a soup. Love Love Love It. That’s what I said.
