7mm Opal - Adjustable Toe Ring - TRA77-B

The toe ring is really nice and was nicely wrapped. On the other hand the customer service lacked communication. At first, when I had an inquiry about the toe ring, I received a great response. But when my package was lost for 3 days, even though I paid for expedited shipping, and I tried contacting the seller to check the status, I still, TO THIS DAY, haven’t received a response. I sent an text message and left a voicemail. Crickets… Luckily, I was able to contact USPS, and they located my package and provided me with the correct status. I do think the jewelry is beautiful, but I wouldn’t pay for expedited shipping again, and I wouldn’t rely on the seller to help if something goes wrong with locating your item that you paid good money for. The three stars are for partial customer service provided and the beauty of the toe ring.
