I originally ordered an 8” but noticed it was slightly too big and also that it looked like someone had worn it and it was used. I contacted customer service and they answered me within the hour and asked if I can have a 7” instead. They handled my issue right away and sent me out a new one that very same day. 3 days I received my bracelet and it fits perfectly!! Def will be ordering from them again. 🩷🤍…..they need to make one black and pink 😏
