Disappointing price-quality ratio.

Quick, clear, and fit perfect!

A wonderful base for a historical outfit. One of my quickest makes and I love the look of the back vent. I do prefer it with the bustle from the fan skirt pattern underneath, and I have plans to make it again with even more ruffles! I’m very petite and not used to standard sizes fitting me. I always have to scale stuff down. I didn’t need to fuss with it at all!
