Haven't put it to use yet. Smoker is at a friend's house, getting legs cut off & bad casters R&R'd with restaurant quality, 4 corner nuts/bolts casters, & extra bracing to strengthen the legs, since one leg with a bad caster, snapped off. 4 stars is ONLY because of total cost. Pan looks to be high quality stainless. Cheaper shipping options should be available.
