The quality is top tier, it’s very well made, super soft and cozy. This is the second one I’ve purchased and I have a 3rd one on the way can’t recommend them more

The shoulders are misshapen. Pattern and fabric are nice. Unfortunately the recipient recently let me know they won’t wear it as the shoulders fall low and puff out below their natural shoulders.
