Not what I expected

What I thought I was ordering was the grey high heat wrap that’s shown in the picture. What I got was the black plastic looking wrap. After numerous attempts to contact someone, I finally gave up. I already own the black looking wrap and don’t really like it. I’ve always preferred the grey fiber wrap.
