I wear a 36d and I don't feel like I would be comfortable wearing this bra out of the house. Very comfy, but the straps and bottom band are so narrow that they don't offer much support. And the cups are so small, I didn't have the coverage I wanted. Great for lounging at the house, but I don't want to worry about falling out of the bottom or spilling out of the top.
