argh WOTC -
DnD was a lovely game, quick combat easy to resolve skills etc. Now any 3rd level PC can deal out 20-30 points of damage and gets 2-3 attack rolls each round. D&D 2024 5.5e Monster Manual - very nicely produced and published - nice book
Amazingly well produced and published D&D book. Top quality production and content. Bought it to supplement my D&D 2014 5e Monster Manual. Nice to have. Will get D&D Beyond digital copy as my group runs most games in D&D Beyond. We run D&D Beyond games in person on a tabletop not remotely and find D&D Beyond is handy with everyone bringing a laptop or a tablet to play. Still like the D&D books in case of any D&D Beyond online outage/service loss.

Does not group Demons anymore
Totally personal preference, but I don't really like how the 5.5 MM does not group creatures like Dragons, Demons, Devils, Angels together anymore. Yuan-ti are still grouped for Chult adventures, but my Abyss crawl is a little more annoying not having all the demons side-by-side.
