I live on a road with a fair amount of truck traffic, and this little machine has made a huge difference in my quality of sleep. The nature sounds are realistic and soothing, and it does an excellent job of masking outside noise without being harsh or distracting. Since using it, I’ve been falling asleep faster and staying asleep longer because I’m not being woken up by passing trucks. The sound quality is wonderful, and there are plenty of options to choose from depending on your mood. If you have trouble sleeping, are a light sleeper, or simply want to create a peaceful environment, I highly recommend this machine.
