Could be more supportive, but I took a cardio class wearing it and it was comfortable enough. Fabric feels good.

Nice Quality

Very nice material, sort of a cross between cotton and moisture wicking legging material. The straps don't rub your shoulders and generally fits true to size. I'm a 32B and medium is perfect for relaxing and light exercise as it has a small amount of excess room but I'd probably get a small for intense exercise.
