VIQUA 602810-102 UV Lamp and Sleeve Kit for D, D4, D4+, C, C4

I very much appreciate ESP's reminders and speedy shipping. (My D4 unit - purchased locally - was installed about 12 years ago and functions well. However, after I installed the new lamp/sleeve a short while ago, I found the usual timer reset on the controller did not seem to be working: flashing red LED for unit, steady green LED for the controller. Yesterday, I tried the timer reset again - and it sucessfully reset to 365 days. Have other owners of a unit of this vintage reported problems with reset button??) Again, my compliments on your service.

Lamp & sleeve arrived well cushioned and packed. Well written instructions were followed. My existing quartz sleeve cleaned up nicely with C. L. R. , so I will be saving the new one for next year. Timer has been reset to 365 days and everything is performing as expected and I am 100% satisfied with all aspects of transaction!
