Love the hat and their customer service was phenomenal. I had a sizing issue with one of the two hats that I ordered. The customer service representative happily sent me a return label, assisted me with troubleshooting the size I would need, and shipped out a replacement hat. Things can and do go wrong with online ordering sometimes, but it was nice to purchase from a company that prioritizes customer satisfaction and has an almost effortless return/exchange system.

I bought this for my partner's birthday. The colour is gorgeous, the website does not do it justice. He's delighted with it and that's all that matters. The fit is perfect, and the colour matches his eyes. *swoon*
