Exerify Power Smart Watch

Took over a month to receive the item, as I was not home for delivery the watch was held at Royal mail sorting office and even though I had paid for postage there was a £16 charge to release the watch. I have sent the item back and requested a refund via numerous emails and have still not received a refund or had a reply. Very bad customer service. I will not be ordering from this company again or recommending them. Such a shame as I was looking forward to receiving the watch.
