The way to go for roof mounted Starlink

We have been using this injector with our Starlink Mini for years now and it has been completely reliable. It uses very little power and lets us run one ethernet cable up through a roof gland to the starlink dish. We have a second cable and splitter as well if the dish needs to come off the roof and be put away from the camper to clear an obstruction or the like.

For my RV

I bought a Starlink Mini around July 2025 for use in my camper. We use Roku devices and stream YouTubeTV, Netflix and Prime sometimes on two TV’s. With the Starlink unlimited roaming service we occasionally had issues. I added a Starlink Mesh router, but this was still connecting to the Mini over WiFi, which I’ve read is not that great. So I decided to use the Ethernet port on the Mini and bring the connection down to another mesh router. This device allowed me to do just this. It was easy to install, I ran it through a fused on/off switch and power it on when the Mini is deployed.
