Overall i had a very negative experience with the customer service/owner; when the product finally arrived it was simply just "fine". The packaging was nice but the product itself fell a bit short. I ordered a pair of earrings with screwback closure and im not sure it's the best design for functionality. Negative customer experience aside, i woudlnt necsiarilly purchase again.
