My first experience with this company was the free give away bottle (just cover shipping) of EVO Gloss Envy. I ended up loving this product for the deep shine as well as the fact that you could apply it in direct sunlight. So when they had this VinWiki special with a limited license plate, I jumped on it right away. When I received my order I was really bummed to say the least because the limited license plate was not included. I called customer service and they directed me to email the shipping department. After emailing shipping I got an answer right away from Marcus in shipping. He regretted to inform me that the plates were limited and they had run out of them already. He even went and checked all the pre packed boxes to see if he could find one for me. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. That’s when Marcus went above and beyond for me. He informed me that he had one at home that he would be happy to ship out to me. Gloss It as a company is lucky to have such a dedicated employee like Marcus. Because of his kind action and generosity this company has gained a loyal lifelong customer. The Ceramic Detail Spray is my new favorite spray. So far I have not used a product that I don’t like from Gloss It. My truck has never looked better. The Ceramic Spray has left a deep shine that feels silky to the touch.
