Got already 3 E-mails to review our order. Since July 2 in Transit. Has not been delivered.
Edit: After sending an E-mail and Review the customer service told me that the package has been rejected by the swiss customs. I got a refund and everything is ok now. However I would have liked to be proactively informed. Tracking details were not updated either, which added to the confusion.
