Great Suitcase!

I love the look of the Ramverk Pro and I find the case to be very practical with smart compartments to ease the travel experience. It does however scratch easily. Fantastic products, but the customer service is really lacking. Buying such premium products should also come with quick respons. Its been over a week since I sent my last email and have still not gotten respons. This is really sad as it leaves you uncertain with how serious they take you as a customer. Also saw they have pretty horrendous reviews on trustpilot and alot of complaints on their customer service. But overall, for now I'm very satisfied with my suitcases!
