Gaia Earrings

Never received

We never received the order and I have written multiple emails to customer service. Tracking information was never updated after package was accepted by the courier. I am very disappointed in the customer service

Beautiful, but heavy

They are so gorgeous! But are really heavy, that I needed to return them. It took the company almost 3 weeks of back and forth emails to get me a return label, which I immediately used. They received the earrings back on 12/12 and I have yet to get a refund. I am still waiting.
