So this was my 4th journal, and this is my favorite. It is stunning. The quality and the thoughtfulness to detail is what keeps me coming back. If you love quality stationary and love fountain pens, this is the best paper to write on.

Above and beyond in customer service

I ordered the B5 192-page Hardcover Notebook finished in Yellow Gold Japanese Bookcloth and Yellow and Black Honeycomb Chiyogami Japanese Paper. The original that was sent had a bit of hand-made "character." This was deemed as unacceptable by the creator (certainly not by me) and I was sent a replacement book. The replacement was the B5 192-page Hardcover Notebook finished in Ochre Japanese Bookcloth and White Polka Dots on Green Chiyogami Japanese Paper, which was absolutely perfect in every way. Both books are of the highest quality of materials and craftsmanship, and the customer service was extraordinary.
