Gingrass Smoked Steelhead - 4oz

Excellent color, very good flavor, tho not especially a bargain or best-in-show. Very good.

I used this smoked fish to make sushi which was very good with avocado, English cucumber, and wasabi.

Fabulous. Rich delicious flavor.
