I have been making bacon for some time now with a different brand of cure and thought I would try something different…I used this for the first time last week and I am very disappointed. I weighed everything and followed instructions which are pretty much the same as I have been doing.. but after a $100 worth of pork belly and all the rest I have a lot of sliced pork belly that tastes nothing like bacon.. no taste or smell other than the smoke. Very disappointing

First attempt at home made bacon.

Hands down better than any bacon cure on the market today. Another masterclass of Australian products. I have tried many, this blows them all away
