So, it turns out that i really like Robusta bean coffee and this Vietnamese coffee is the best tasting one I've had. Both Bold and smooth, this coffee doesn't have the bitterness that Arabica beans are so well known for, and I don't think I'll ever buy Arabica again. You should try it, All of the flavor with none of the yuck.

Great Coffee Made Right

The Hanoi Robusta from Nguyen Coffee Supply, when made right, is delicious! The flavor is rich and deep with many layers. Next comes the grinding method. I recently purchased a hand-held burr grinder and only grind enough for my morning coffee. I no longer grind a few day's worth in an electric grinder and have found freshly ground coffee makes a big difference. The third element for making great coffee is the brewing method. I use an Aero Press which makes any coffee taste better. This entire process takes more time than a more traditional approach but the final cup is worth it!
