Definitely comfortable and it actually does inflate by itself pretty well. The long/wide fits me well at 6’2” 225lb. Definitely not ideal for backpacking though. Its not as light as others iv had and in my eberlestock vapor 5000 it takes up about half of my pack. Will see how warm it is this fall. If it holds up to a 6.1 R rating then im pretty happy with it.
