My go to bearing for quad roller skating.

For starters I have been reaching out to you on different platforms because I'm not happy with the performance of the bearings. They are sticky and don't roll well. One bearing is actually clunky as it rolls. I took them back out of the skates. After rolling on them for a month thinking they needed to break in maybe, but they remained the same. I also feel they may not be the ceramic bearings I purchased. looking at the with my light it appears they may have metal balls in them but tagged with the ceramic listing. I'm so frustrated with the product! Defiantly will be letting all my peers know! I also tried you're phone number off you web page and it goes no where.
