There were some shipping hiccups and at one point 4 wrong colors sent. After all of the confusion it did take a couple days to get an email response but after the first response it was easy to communicate with concerns.I will still absolutely recommend and buy from this company. They are cozy and great quality. They protect our furniture and our dogs love the thickness and comfort. They hold up on our furniture without having to tuck in. I would like to give Garrett from customer service a huge shoutout for going above and beyond thank in the hiccups he was very responsive and easy to work with.

Love them. They stay on the couch/no sliding. Are aesthetically attractive and comfortable for humans too. I e yet to wash so not sure how well they hold up.
