Too large
I purchased a medium size jacket and it was very large!! I already have a medium, and the new one is much larger than the older one. I was going to return it, but when I found out return shipping is $16.00 I said no way!!! If you can look up my orders, you will see I have ordered several jackets from you, some from Amazon. I feel that I deserve better customer service, since the size is not accurate.
