Mount holes line up exactly. Heavy duty steel is crazy strong. All Pros for me, no Cons.

The faceplates themselves are great, 5 stars. Installation of the throttle plate is ridiculously harder then it needs to be(so this gets -1 star). This has all to do with the location of the bottom mounting point. I think it's ridiculous the need to disassemble basically 90% of the throttle to be able to get the one bolt/nut on. I think a simple design change would make it easier to install the faceplate. Just raising the slot a 1/4 inch where the mounting plate slides through would make a huge difference.
