I have been a customer of your company for some time now, and I remain completely satisfied with the quality and performance of your products. Your lures continue to meet expectations out on the water. However, I am deeply disappointed with the shipping process on my latest order. I paid extra for expedited delivery to ensure my items arrived promptly. Despite paying the order took over ten days to arrive, making the expedited option entirely ineffective. While I value your product, paying additional fees for a service that was not fulfilled is unacceptable. I kindly request a refund for the extra shipping costs incurred for expedited delivery. I trust that ATX Lures values its customer relationships and will address this matter with the attention it deserves. Thank you for your time and prompt attention to this matter.
