Contents of Package Spilled

Dear Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with this order. I recently ordered a shipment of the Matrix Instacure as a gift and was eagerly anticipating its arrival. However, when the package arrived, I was shocked to find that the bottles had spilled everywhere and the contents were completely ruined. Not only did I have to deal with cleaning up the spilled product, but now I cannot use the products that I had paid for. I am incredibly disappointed with the care and attention given to my order.
