The product is awesome, but more importantly was the packaging. It was packaged very well this time around. My first experience was not a very good one to say the least. Much improved handling or I should say packaging.

I collect Funkos and was happy to see FAO offer several exclusive designs. I especially like to see ones celebrating NY and hope they continue to offer them. I got them all.

Item was damaged and poorly protected. As a collector this was so disappointing. I really like it but this companies ability to provide shipping security is supremely lacking.
