The lovesac is addictive. We built our first lovesac couch a few years ago with Alec from Green Deals. We were a little skeptical at first with what we would receive - but everything we received was clean with no apparent usage and almost everything in lovesac factory boxes — all appeared to just be open box returns. We paid half the price for a great couch setup. We continued buying pieces and finished out our living room. There have been minor issues - a missing cover on one occasion and a mixed up delivery address on another,- both issues were promptly resolved to more than our satisfaction. .Our latest purchase included pieces to make a loveseat for our loft.
