The stalks just seem to be wrapped in brown floral tape, the cord for the solar panels is extremely short, and the light is too heavy for the provided stake. Although it is in the product listing, only 15 lights per fennel lights up, which is about half of the terminals. Honestly I felt ripped off after purchasing.
