Watermelon is my favorite flavor as it is such a summer taste! I have a big beaker or two of water with shrub every day in the morning, and it makes me feel so good!

We had such fun hosting a shrub-tasting. The 3-pack provided variety, and we sipped and mixed mocktails and cocktails all weekend. The flavors are tasty and complex, lending sophistication to even a simple shrub-and-seltzer drink.

I love adding 1/3 cup of Urban Pharm (the carrot ginger habanero)shrub to a mug of seltzer or tonic water for a refreshing and healthy alternative to a beer or cocktail. The flavor is a little bit of an acquired taste, but I've come to look forward to it at the end of the day.
