This leather metallic clutch bag is gorgeous, well made and so versatile. However the leather had been marked in quite a prominent place. I emailed the team with a photo in the evening and got a response the same evening! They had arranged for the bag to be picked up and a replacement sent out on receipt of the marked bag. Absolutely no hassle and no cost to myself! Amazing, thank you. Now this was supposed to be a pressie, might have to order another one. Gorgeous products and Great people to deal with.
