Kino Sleep is amazing with ZERO grogginess in the AM
I am so glad I saw Greg's email about negative health issue using Melatonin. I had ordered Relaxium and took it for two weeks. I returned it for refund and went with Kino Sleep. Never had sleep issues my whole life but at 65 years young started waking up after only 3 hours sleep and could not fall back asleep..
With Kino Sleep I get a full night of restful sleep, even having to get up twice to go to bathroom.
