Great pizza cutter

Spur of the moment
I bought this cutter spur of the moment while purchasing replacement Epicurean cutting boards. I thought because their cutting boards were good, this should be too. Today I got to try it out on my 3 home made NY style pizzas. It was easy to line up the first and subsequent 3 cuts per pizza, and the cuts were clean once the cutter actually cut all the way through. However, it took more pressure to cut through the pizza crust than I thought it should and given the thinness of edge of the “handle” end, it almost hurt pushing down hard enough to cut all the way through the diameter of the crust. My roller cutter is easier in my hand.

Love it!
My sister in law had gotten me one of these for Christmas a few years back and I absolutely loved it! So when we had a fire at the house and lost all of our belongings this was one of the first things I replaced. It goes through on the first pass and I get nice, even slices all around. I feel like it’s safer for the kids to use than a traditional wheel cutter and it does a better job anyway. I love the simple design and ease of use and the tool is sturdy and long lasting.
